As well as his solo work and continuing tours with Queen (and Adam Lambert), Brian May is known for being partial to a musical collaboration.

He's worked with artists like Eddie Van Halen, Kerry Ellis, Graham Gouldman and Sam Ryder over the years, and is now developing his relationship with 2017 X Factor finalist Talia Dean.

The third track together is 'You Made Your Bed', released on November 8 with 10% of proceeds from sales this year going to homelessness charity Crisis.

"I see this track as a very important marker in Talia's career," Brian said.

"It's as if, in this song, she's shaking off not just a relationship, but a whole way of life which she no longer wants to live.

"She and I are already working in the exciting new territory which this song predicts. But for now, this is a song packed with pure naughtiness and fun, and makes me smile every time I hear it."

You can hear Brian's guitar work across the song, and he also serves up a classic 16-bar solo.

May also appears in the music video for the song, which opens with the police bursting in to demand he turn his music down.

Talia said: "I see this song as a firm reminder that the world is a huge place with a population of 8.2 billion. Nobody should never stay in a relationship with a person who treats you badly.

"Know your worth. It's better to stay single than with a person who doesn't respect you.

"No matter what age you are, where you are in the world, or what your situation is - it's NEVER too late to break free and strive for happiness.

"In recent times I've come to realise that I deserve love, attention and respect. I put up with toxic behaviour longer than I should have."

She added: "I deserve to be with someone who cherishes me and so do you. Live your life and strive for true love. It's definitely out there."

As well as working with Talia on new music, Brian May recently worked on the stunning 6CD+1LP box set Queen 1 boxset.

As well as being packed with bonus material and outtakes, the release also included a "brand new 2024 rebuild of the entire Queen debut album".

Both May and Roger Tayor have recently confirmed that the group has "dabbled" in the studio and wouldn't be against releasing new material under the Queen name if they end up with some good material.
