James Bond Goldfinger - featuring Shirley Bassey
Shirley Bassey is the only person in history to have sung more than one James Bond theme.
Dame Shirley Bassey is the ultimate Bond (Theme) Girl, so it was no surprise that she was the first name on the list for a special celebration of the film series.
Shirley opened the 2022 BAFTA Film Awards on Sunday (March 13) with a performance of her 1971 theme 'Diamonds Are Forever'.

The song is the middle of Dame Shirley's three Bond themes, sandwiched between 1964's 'Goldfinger' and 1979's 'Moonraker'.
Bassey was announced as a special guest performer prior to the show, but we didn't know until she started which of her three themes she would sing.
It was a special anniversary performance, marking the 75th BAFTA Film Awards, the 60th anniversary of the "official" James Bond films, and Daniel Craig's fifth and final performance as 007.

The theme song for last year's No Time To Die was sung by Billie Eilish, having been written by Eilish with her brother Finneas O'Connell.
It features orchestral arrangements by Hans Zimmer and guitar from ex-Smiths musician Johnny Marr.
