Sting announces 3.0 UK tour including massive festival shows

Sting has announced a full slate of outdoor UK shows for 2025, including several massive festival sets.

The dates are billed as Sting 3.0, with the main man playing as part of a power trio, being backed by Dominic Miller on guitar and Chris Maas on drums.

"The band will perform the most electrifying hits and rarities from Sting’s timeless discography," organisers said.

Sting is the first headliner announced for next year's Latitude Festival.

"We're thrilled to announce Sting as our first headliner for Latitude 2025," said Latitude Founder and Festival Director Melvin Benn.

"His unparalleled artistry and the exciting new direction of the STING 3.0 shows perfectly align with Latitude’s mission to deliver a rich and diverse cultural experience."

Other big names added to the Isle of Wight festival, which Sting will play on the Friday, include Stereophonics, Faithless, Paul Heaton featuring Rianne Downey, Texas, Olly Murs and Justin Timberlake.

The Sting 3.0 lineup has already toured Europe and is currently on the road in the US.

The full Sting 3.0 Summer 2025 outdoor live shows are as follows:

  • Wednesday, June 18 – Tetbury, Forest Live at Westonbirt Arboretum
  • Friday, June 20 – Isle of Wight Festival
  • Sunday, June 22 – Liverpool, Pier Head On the Waterfront
  • Wednesday, June 25 – Glasgow, Summer Sessions at Bellahouston Park
  • Friday, June 27 – Cannock, Forest Live at Cannock Chase
  • Saturday, June 28 – Cardiff, Depot Live at Cardiff Castle
  • Thursday, July 24 to Sunday, July 27 – Latitude Festival

Tickets for most shows go on sale this Friday, September 27 at 9am via LiveNation. Tickets for Isle of Wight Festival go on sale this Wednesday, September 25 at 8am. Earlybird tickets for Latitude Festival are available now.
