The Searchers' Frank Allen joins Gold for a special show on Sunday

After almost 60 years on the road, The Searchers are to put down their guitars next month.

The Searchers are currently on their Farewell Tour, which is scheduled to end on March 31 in Milton Keynes.

To mark this event, Frank Allen is coming in to the Gold studio to host a very special edition of 60s Sunday.

Frank will share stories of performing alongside The Beatles in Hamburg, and tell Tony Dibbin how he went from a member of Cliff Bennett & the Rebel Rousers to joining the line up of one of the biggest bands in the world.
